I placed my order 8 business days ago, and still, there’s been no shipping update. I’m hanging in there, but I’m moving abroad in just two weeks!

Only part of my order showed up. I sent back the portion that did come, but they won’t give me my money back. Almost $150 AUD feels like it was taken from me by these folks. If you’ve been scammed too, make sure to dispute it with your bank; that’s your best shot. I’m currently working on that myself.

Fast shipping and top-notch quality

The clothing is of high quality and arrived super fast. Really impressed with the service!

Regrettably, the craftsmanship and style of the items were quite lacking, and the most frustrating thing is that I wasn’t able to get my money back. I visited the shop and still didn’t come across anything worthwhile. I really hope you can enhance the quality.

I've placed two orders online with Modelle. Overall, they’re decent, and I’d buy from them again.

Quality - some products are really nice, but I did notice that a few items were a bit see-through.

Shipping speed - one order got shipped the next day, while the other took a week. After they switched courier services, the delivery was faster (in NZ).

Customer service - I didn’t get replies to most of my emails, so I had to call them up.

I really wish they had reviews for individual items on their site; maybe they do, but I just can’t seem to find them.

I ordered a few items, and let me tell ya, some of 'em didn't quite meet my expectations.

I gotta say, you all really provide the best courier service around. Super fast and super handy. ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic service! The clothing is of good quality, but a bit on the pricey side. My package arrived in just 5 days after I placed the order.

The package showed up right on schedule; couldn’t ask for better. But when I tried to reach out about my returns, the sales rep took her sweet time getting back to me. I had to call five or six times before she finally answered, and then she didn’t pick up at all for a few days. She assured me I’d get a callback, but that never happened, so I had to ring them again a few days later. Same old story: 'I’ll touch base with you once I talk to the warehouse.' It wasn’t until I shot them an email myself that they finally got back to me quickly. Still, I’m left hanging, waiting for my refund on the stuff I sent back online.

The clothes are nice, but the packaging was poor and the delivery took ages... Also, one item was left out of the package.

I gotta say, the scarves I received are just awesome. The material feels great and the quality is top-notch. Huge thanks! I’ll surely buy from you again down the line.
